摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定葡萄酒中的有机酸和乙酸。根据色谱柱的特点优化了分离条件,根据葡萄酒的特性进行了相应的预处理,得出了分离良好的色谱图,各组分相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.5%-3.3%,平均回收率为93.9%-98.5%,达到了分析方法的要求。

Abstract:An HPLC method for determination of organic acids and acetic acid in wine was investigated.We have separate conditions optimized according to characteristics of column and have the samplepretreated in terms of traits of wine,finally good chromatography was obtained. The recoveries(n=5)ranged from 93.9% to 98.5%,and the relative standard deviations(n=5)were from 1.5% to 3.3%. Thismethod can satisfy the demands of analysis.
