四角燃烧炉内冷态流场的数学模拟

摘    要:本文直接将k—ε双方程湍流模型应用于大型炉膛的三维冷态流场计算。给出了三维流场计算的模型方程,对倾斜壁面及入口的边界条件作了特殊处理。用作者编制的计算机程序对SG—400T/h锅炉燃烧室的冷态流场进行了计算,并与已有的试验结果进行了对比,结果较好。计算表明:k—ε双方程模型能用于大型炉膛的流场计算,其结果在工程上具有重要的参考价值。

MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF COLD FLOW FIELD IN CORNERFIRED BOILER FURNACE
Abstract:The k-ε two-equation model of turbulence is directly applied to the calculation of three dimensional cold flow field in a large-capacity boiler furnace. Model equations for three dimensional calculation are given. Special treatment of boundary conditions at the entrance and the inclined wall is carried out. By means of the computer program developed by the authors, calculation of the cold flow in SG-400T/H boiler combustion chamber is completed and the results agree well with the data obtained from the former test. The calculation shows that the k-ε two-equation model is applicable to the flow field of large capacity boilers and its result is of great reference value in engineering.
