卷烟“HT+烘丝”工艺参数对叶丝常规化学成分的影响

摘    要:为研究"HT+烘丝"工序工艺参数对叶丝常规化学成分的影响,采用均匀设计,对HT压力、热风温度、筒体转速、热风风门开度和排潮风门开度5个工艺参数进行了试验。结果表明,在试验范围内,①氯、钾、总氮与工艺参数建立的回归方程显著;总植物碱、还原糖和总糖与工艺参数建立的回归方程极显著。②HT压力和热风温度的交互作用对总植物碱和总氮的影响显著;HT压力和热风风门开度的交互作用对总植物碱、氯和钾的作用显著;HT压力和排潮风门开度的交互作用对氯、钾和总糖的作用显著;HT压力和筒体转速的交互作用对总糖、还原糖的影响显著。热风温度和热风风门开度的交互作用对氯、钾、总氮的影响显著;排潮风门开度对总植物碱的影响显著;热风风门开度和筒体转速的交互作用对总氮的影响达到极显著水平。

Abstract:The effects of steam pressure of HT,temperature of hot air,rotational velocity of cylinder,opening of hot air valve and wet air exhaust valve of expanding and drying on the routine chemical components of cut tobacco were studied by using uniform design.The results showed that the chlorine,potassium and total nitrogen were significant to the regression equation,and the total alkaloids,reducing sugar and total sugar were very significant to the regression equation.The interaction between steam pressure of HT and temperature of hot air had significant influence on the total alkaloids and total nitrogen,that between steam pressure of HT and opening of hot air valve had significant influence on the total alkaloids,chlorine and potassium,that between steam pressure of HT and opening of wet air exhaust valve had significant influence on the chlorine,potassium and total sugar,that between steam pressure of HT and rotational velocity of cylinder had significant influence on the total sugar and reducing sugar,and that between temperature of hot air and opening of hot air valve had significant influence on the chlorine,potassium and total nitrogen.The opening of wet air exhaust valve had significant influence on the total alkaloids,and the interaction between opening of hot air valve and rotational velocity of cylinder had very significant influence on the total nitrogen.
