| 摘 要： | 微生物驱注聚装置是为了适应吉林油田特殊需求而研制的注聚成套设备,特别适合小区块、短时间、需要频繁移动的区块使用。本文简要介绍了该注聚装置的构成、功能及工艺流程;重点介绍自动控制系统及软件编程方法。该设备具有撬块化、模块化、系列化及可移动性等特点。控制系统稳定可靠、易于扩展、便于维护、操作简单、界面友好、自动化程度高。

| Abstract: | The microbial fiooding polymer injection device is designed in order to meet the special needs of Jilin Oilfield.It is especially suitable to the blocks that are small,short-termed and frequently moved.This article briefiy describes its structure,function and process flow,and then focuses on its automatic control system and software programming methodology.The device has the characteristics of skid blocking,modularization,serialization and mobility.Its control system is reliable,easy to expand,easy to maintain,simple to operate,user-friendly and highly automated. |
