C80钢管混凝土配合比设计与高抛法施工技术研究

摘    要:天津于家堡金融区起步区03-04地块工程地下室钢管混凝土设计采用C80高强、无收缩、自密实混凝土,施工中通过优化C80混凝土配合比满足设计要求,在地下室钢管柱安装完毕后,利用混凝土输送泵自钢管柱顶高抛一次浇筑高度近18m,其间采用特制加长振捣棒辅助振捣,同时对钢管柱自身管内、管壁留设孔洞等方式完成施工。该施工方法节约了施工工期、提高了施工质量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The design of C80 concrete filled steel tube with the characteristics of high strength,without shrinkage and self-compacting is applied at project basement of the 03-04 plot in the Yujiapu’s Qibuqu financial district.Mix proportion of C80 concrete is optimized to meet the design requirements.After the installation of steel tube is finished,the concrete poured 18m at one time from the top of steel tube with concrete transfer pump.Meanwhile,the lengthening vibrating bars are used to subsidiary vibrate,and the holes is reserved in steel tube.The construction method is saved period and improves the construction quality and has a good economic benefit and social benefit.
