| 摘 要： | 目的建立酚氨咖敏片中对乙酰氨基酚含量测定方法。方法选用Kromasil C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-乙腈-水（8：15：77）为流动相，检测波长为273nm，流速为1．0mL／min。结果对乙酰氨基酚进样量线性范围为0、6—1．4μg（r=0.9999），平均回收率为99.5％，RSD=0.6％（n=6）。结论方法简便、快速、稳定、准确、可靠，可有效控制药品质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol in Paracetamol, Aminophenazone Caffeine and Chlorphe- nancine Maleate Tablet, Methods Kromasil C18 column（200 mm x4, 6 mm, 5μm）was used with methanol- acetonitrile-water（8 ： 15：77）as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 273 nm, the flow rate was 1, 0 mL/min. Results The linear range was 0. 6- 1.4 μg（ r=0. 999 9）, and the average recovery rate was 99. 6%, RSD =0.5%, Conclusion This method is simple, quick and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Paracetamol, Aminophenazone Caffeine and Chlorphenancine Maleate Tablet. |
