| 摘 要： | 目的：仙灵骨葆胶囊中3个有效成分的含量研究。方法：采用RP-HPLC法测定胶囊中的补骨脂素，异补骨指素和淫羊藿苷。结果：每克胶囊内容物含补骨脂素0.93mg，异补骨脂素0.95mg，淫羊藿苷9.2mg。结论：经方法学考察，本法可靠，简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the contents of three effective components in Xianlinggubao Capsules. Methods: A RP HPLC was developed for the determination of psoralen, isopsoralen and icariin in Xianlingbao Capsules. Results: The contents of these compoments were 0.93mg/g, 0.95mg/g and 9.2mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: This Methods is simple and reliable. |
