超临界二氧化碳聚苯乙烯挤出发泡工艺研究

摘    要:超临界二氧化碳(SCCO2)用于聚苯乙烯发泡制品的生产,具有安全性高、环保、成本低等突出优点,可以替代氟氯烃类化合物或低沸点烷烃类发泡剂,本文提出了一种利用超临界二氧化碳作为发泡剂的聚苯乙烯发泡制品挤出工艺设计方案,经试验运行,取得一定的效果.

Abstract:With the advantages of high security,environmental friendly,and low cost,Supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2) is widely used for the production of polystyrene foam products,it can replace HCFC compounds or low boiling point hydrocarbon foaming agents,a technology Scheme using Supercritical carbon dioxide as the polystyrene extrusion foaming agent is presented in this paper agent.The test results validated it.
