| 摘 要： | 基于模块化的设计理念,针对数控重型卧式车床模块化设计需求,结合企业生产实际,阐述数控重型卧式车床模块化设计的基本思路、模块划分原则;分析数控重型卧式车床功能与模块的关系,并提出数控重型卧式车床的模块划分方案和设计方法。模块化设计的实现可以保证机床产品的结构设计和生产具有很大的灵活性和应变性,是解决机床产品定制化生产和批量化生产矛盾的有效途径。
