| 摘 要： | 为研究饮水中有机提取物对人群健康的影响，采用单细胞弟胶电泳试验，对Ａ市三个自来水厂枯水期的水源水和出厂水中的有机提取物引起的Ｖ７９细胞ＤＮＡ损伤效应进行了研究。

| Abstract: | To study the effects of organic extracts from drinking water on human health,the effects of organic extracts from three water plants of A city on DNA damage in V79 cells were observed with single cell gel electrophoresis assay.All samples were collected in dry season.The results showed that:the organic extracts from all samples of source water and drinking water could cause DNA single strand breaks in isolated V79 cells at certain range of concentrations,DNA transference distances resulted by organic extracts of drinking water were further than those by source water of the same concertrations.It indicated that the effects of organic extracts from drinking water on DNA damage were inhanced by chlorination |
