| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept of the architectural industrialization, the construction ways, the structural system and the contents, illustrates the definition of the Lean Architecture and the last planner technique, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility for the Lean Architec- ture in the architectural industrialization, so as to lead to the management of the architectural industrialization according to the Lean Architectural theory. |
