| Abstract: | This paper probably discussed the collaborative management of engineering cost, and from bidding management and engineering change management two aspects, elaborated the engineering cost management method based on collaborative platform implementation phase, in order to through the collaborative management of engineering cost, maximize control of engineering cost, saved the investment cost. |
