摘    要:为综合回收某难选微细粒铜镍硫化矿, 采用铜镍等可浮浮选工艺对其进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明, 在-0.074 mm粒级占80%的磨矿细度下以高选择性的铜矿物捕收剂ZP-02预先浮选铜矿物及部分连生交代、可浮性好的镍矿物, 获得的粗精矿精选后以石灰作抑制剂进行铜镍分离, 浮铜尾矿以硫酸铜作活化剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂浮选镍矿物, 获得了良好的试验指标。采用铜镍等可浮浮选工艺获得了含铜21.57%、含镍0.86%、铜回收率为71.18%的铜精矿, 含镍5.57%、含铜0.44%、镍回收率为25.26%的镍精矿1和含镍5.68%、含铜0.34%、镍回收率50.06%的镍精矿2, 解决了传统工艺分选该铜镍矿石指标差的难题。

Abstract:A new approach of copper-nickel iso-flotation was introduced to recover a certain refractory fine-grained Cu-Ni ore. In the test, with a grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 80%, copper minerals and a portion of contact metasomatic nickel minerals with good flotability was recovered by ZP-02, a copper mineral collector with high selectivity. Then, after a further cleaning of this bulk concentrate, copper and nickle minerals were separated with lime as the depressant, and nickel minerals was  well reclaimed from the copper-flotation tailings with cupric sulfate as the activator and butyl xanthate as the collector.Results showed that a copper concentrate was obtained with copper and nickel content of 21.57% and 0.86%, respectively, at the copper recovery of 71.18%, while a nickel concentrate №1 with nickel and copper content of 5.57% and 0.44%, respectively, at the nickel recovery of 25.26%, and a nickel concentrate №2 with nickel and copper content of 5.68% and 0.34%, respectively, at the nickel recovery of 50.06%, were obtained. Therewith, the problem of poor Cu/Ni separation performance for the conventional technique can be solved.
