摘    要:姜花属花卉种质来源广泛,包括栽培种、栽培品种及新育成品系等,从形态上常难以鉴定。该研究在全面收集姜花属主要花卉种质的基础上,采用SRAP分子标记方法,从多态性较好的12对引物中筛选出2对引物,构建了16份姜花属常见花卉种质的分子标记指纹图谱。结果表明:采用SRAP分子标记方法,条带清晰、结果稳定、重复性高,可用于姜花属花卉种质的快速、准确的鉴定。
