| 摘 要： | 讨论了目前国外液压挖掘机所采用的分段功率控制节能技术，分析了分段功率控制技术的原理和实现的方案。针对不同的工况要求，通过对发动机和泵进行调节，达到发动机－液压泵之间功率合理匹配的目的，减小系统的能量损失。并从液压泵和发动机两个方面对其具体控制原理进行了分析和描述。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the energy|saving technology for the graded power control on hydraulic excavators abroad today and analyses the technical principle and actual projection in the graded power control. Relative to different behaviour requirements, reasonable power matching is achieved between the engine and ths hydraulic pump .Thus systematic energy loss is decreased; and an analysis is made about the specific control principles in jerms of hydraulic pumps and engines. |
