1391例狂犬病暴露人群流行病学及处置情况分析

目的对中方县狂犬病暴露人群的流行病学特征及暴露后处置情况进行分析,为狂犬病防控提供科学依据。方法收集2009年中方县各动物咬伤门诊《狂犬病暴露人群门诊登记表》进行整理分析。结果全县2009年共接诊1391例狂犬病暴露患者,暴露率50.97/万。总体来说,男性暴露高于女性,儿童暴露高于成人。暴露后24h内就诊的占92.74%;到医疗机构处理伤口的占94.90%。Ⅲ级暴露患者合并使用狂犬疫苗和狂犬病人免疫球蛋白（HRIG）的比例为26.92%,狂犬病人免疫球蛋白接种率低。致伤动物以犬为主,占80.37%。结论应有针对性的开展健康教育,规范狂犬病暴露处置工作,落实综合性防控措施,预防狂犬病的发生和流行。

Epidemiological survey of management of 1391 cases exposed to rabies in Zhongfang County

Aim To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and the treatment of cases exposed to rabies in Zhongfang County.Methods Cases exposed to rabies in Zhongfang Ciounty in 2009 were colleted and analyzed.
