摘    要:文章研究了羊毛纤维改性用生物前处理剂,通过正交试验确定脂肪酶处理工艺参数,脂肪酶能很好的降解羊毛表面的类脂物,提高羊毛纤维的亲水性能,从而提高染料上染率.通过中性脂肪酶与双氧水、氯化剂的比较,发现脂肪酶对纤维的损伤小,效果好.用生物酶代替化学前处理剂进行鳞片表面类脂物的去除是可行的.

Abstract:In the article,it researched the biopretreatment agent in the wool fiber modified with enzyme, then determinated the techlology parametr of lipase treatment by the orthogonal test. The lipase could degrade the lipids of wool surface availably and improve the hydrophilic character of the wool fiber, since the dye-uptake of dye was promoted evidently. It compared lipase, H2O2 and chlorinating agent. The result showed the lower demagement and better effect of degrading the lipids for wool fiber. So it is practical to degrade the lipids of wool surface with the lipase instead of chemical pretreatment agent.
