进气方式对气举装置提升性能的影响

摘    要:研究了进气方式对气举提升性能的影响,主要通过改变气流喷嘴个数、喷射角度以及接气管布置方式来测试提升管出口端排液量、排沙量、颗粒浓度和提升效率.实验结果表明进气方式的变化对气举提升性能有显著影响,在气量一定情况下,合理的进气方式可以达到最佳提升效果.

Abstract:The effect of air-injecting method on air lifting performance was studied by changing numbers of airflow nozzle, injecting angle and arrangement of air pipes to test the volume of discharged liquid and discharged sand, concentration of particles from the outlet of air-lifting pipe as well as lifting efficiency. The results show that the change of air-injecting method has great effect on the air-lifting performance. It is concluded that an optimal obtained with a suitable air-injecting method under the condition of the same air volume.
