互联网化转型战略研究

摘    要:纵观产业发展趋势,从消费面来看,我们进入了超级个性化时代;从生产面来看,成熟产业增速放缓,未来跨界竞合加剧,产业边界日益模糊,创新总是发生在产业边界。通过分析DICT(数据信息通信技术)产业界互联网化转型的典型实践,提出运营商互联网化转型的体系演进思路,概况出产业界互联网化转型的基本策略。

Abstract:With the trend of industrial development,it has entered the era of super personalization from the perspective of consumption.Meanwhile,from the perspective of production,the growth rate of mature industries has slowed down,the crossborder competition will intensify in the future,industrial boundaries have become increasingly blurred,and innovation will always occur in the industrial boundary.This paper analyses the typical events of the Internet transformation in DICT industry and puts forward the idea of the evolution of the system of the Internet transformation of operators,and summarizes the basic strategies of the Internet transformation in the industry.
