摘    要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定头孢噻肟钠含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为ultimate-C18,流动相为1.0 g.L-1的三乙量胺水为2溶0液μ(L用。磷结酸果调:p头H孢值噻至肟6.2钠)在-2.甲7醇×1(608-∶63~20.)0,2流0速7 g为.1L.0-1(mrL=.0m.i9n9-91 9,检)的测范波围长为内2线54性n关m,系柱良温好:25,检℃出,限流速为9为×11.00-9m gL..Lmi-1n-1,RS,进D=样0.18%。结论:所建立的方法分析速度快、灵敏度高,可用于头孢噻肟钠产品的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish RPHPLC method for the content determination of cefotaxime sodium.METHODS: A ultimateC18 column was used with 1.0 g·L1 triethylamine solution(pH value adjusted to 6.2 with phosphoric acid)methanol(68 ∶ 32) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃.The injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS: The cefotaxime sodium showed good linear relationship within 2.7×106~0.020 7 g·L1(r=0.999 9) and the detection limit was 9×109 g·L1(RSD=0.18%).CONCLUSION: The method is rapid,sensitive and suitable for the content determination of cefotaxime sodium.
