| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年女性慢性丙型肝炎患者干扰素治疗前后血清甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法:检测13例老年女性慢性丙型肝炎患者在干扰素治疗不同时间甲状腺激素水平,并与26例中青年丙型肝炎患者、15例老年男性患者和20例同期正常体检者作对照研究。结果:在干扰素治疗12周时,老年女性组与各对照组比较,TSH升高,T3、T4、FT3、FT4明显低于治疗前水平(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素治疗可导致甲状腺激素代谢紊乱,在老年女性患者更容易出现甲状腺功能减退。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To explore the level of thyroid hormone in aged female patients with chronic hepatitis C before and after treated with interferon. METHODS：The level of thyroid hormone was detected in 13 aged female patients with chronic hepatitis C treated with interferon at different time points. 15 aged male patients,26 young and middle-aged patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C and 20 healthy subjects were used as control groups. RESULTS：As compared with control groups,TSH was significantly increased,T3,T4,FT3,FT4 in aged female group were significantly decreased after 12 weeks of treatment（P0.05）. CONCLUSION：Interferon results in disorder of thyroid hormone metabolism and reduction of thyroid function in aged female patients. |
