某医学院新生自我和谐等因素与心理健康关系探讨

目的探讨医学院校新生心理健康与自我和谐、应对方式等因素的关系,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法以班级为单位采用整群随机抽样法,运用大学生人格问卷(UPI)、自我和谐量表、应对方式问卷调查某医学院408名新生,由此构建结构方程模型。结果男生心理问题检出率显著高于女生;新生自我与经验的不和谐及刻板性显著低于常模,而灵活性显著高于常模;男生求助和幻想2个因子显著低于女生。自我与经验的不和谐、自责、专业满意程度、幻想、解决问题及合理化能有效预测新生的心理健康;自我与经验的不和谐对心理健康具有最强的负效应,解决问题对心理健康具有最强的正效应。结论自我和谐、积极应对方式和较高的专业满意程度能够预测医学院校新生心理健康水平良好。

Investigation on the self Consistency and Congruence, and Mental Health Among Medical College Freshmen

OBJECTIVE To discuss the relationship among self-consistency and congruence, coping styles and mental health in medical college freshmen. METHODS 408 medical freshmen were collected by cluster random samples, and they were surveyed by university personality Inquiry (UPI), Self-consistency and congruence scale and coping styles questionnaire. A relationship model between mental health and factors was set up by structural equation modeling. RESULTS Male showed significantly higher mental problems ratio than female. Freshmen showed significantly lower self-inconsistency and stereotype than normal. Freshmen showed significantly higher flexible than normal. Male showed significantly lower help-seeking and fantasy than female. Self-inconsistency, self-accusation, professional satisfaction, fantasy, solving problem and rationalization can effectively predict mental health of medical college freshmen. Self-inconsistency had the most significantly negative effect on mental health. Solving problem had the most significantly positive effect on mental health. CONCLUSION Self-consistency and congruence, positive coping styles and high professional satisfaction can effectively predict great mental health of medical college freshmen.
