某高校学生口腔健康现状调查分析

目的了解大学生口腔健康现状为口腔预防保健工作的开展提供依据。方法采用分层、不等比随机抽样方法,选取某院1260名大学生进行口腔健康状况检查以及有关口腔卫生知识、行为习惯的问卷调查。结果 1260名大学生龋病、牙龈炎、口腔溃疡患病率分别为34.12%、62.22%、18.73%,男、女生间各疾病患病率差异均有统计学意义(χ2=23.44,P﹤0.01;χ2=36.81,P﹤0.01;χ2=6.31,P﹤0.05),女生的口腔卫生行为优于男生。结论大学生口腔健康状况不佳,需加强大学生口腔预防保健的宣传教育。

Survey and analysis on oral health status of college students

OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of college students’ oral health,and to provide evidence for the work of oral health care.METHODS 1 260 college students from Jingchu University were selected to carry out the questionnaire about the status of oral health,the knowledge of oral health and behavior habits by using stratified random sampling and cluster random sampling method.RESULTS Among 1 260 college students,the prevalence rates of dental caries,gingivitis,mouth ulcers and prevalence were 34.12%,62.22%,18.73%.Disease prevalence rates between male and female were statistically significant(χ2 = 23.44,P﹤0.01;χ2 = 36.81,P﹤0.01;χ2 = 6.31,P﹤0.05).Oral health behavior of female was better than male.CONCLUSION The status of college students’ oral health is poor,and it is necessary to strengthen the propagation and education about the knowledge of oral health care.
