低压引弧性能的研究

摘    要:针对弧焊电源存在的高频引弧的干扰和接触引弧的电极损耗问题,提出一种新型的引弧方法-低压引弧,并对低压引弧电路及其原理进行分析,实验结果表明,该种方法引弧性能良好,提高了弧焊电源的可靠性。

Abstract:In the light of the problems about both the interference of high frequency ignition arc and the electrode loss of contact ignition arc existing in arc welding powers,this paper puts forwarcd a new type of method about ignition arc with lower voltage.It analyzes the principle of the ignition arc circuit with lower voltage.The experimental results indicate that this method improving the properties of ignition arc and the relibality of the power sources.
