膝关节微细骨折的MRI诊断

目的:探讨膝关节微细骨折的MRI表现。方法:回顾分析80例膝关节外伤后微细骨折的MRI表现。使用膝关节专用线圈,检查序列包括自旋回波(SE)T1WI、T2WI、梯度回波(GE)、短时反转恢复序列(STIR)。结果:80例共发现微细骨折108处,其中股骨髁60处,胫骨平台43处,髌骨5处。包括骨软骨骨折15处,隐性骨折8处,骨挫伤85处。结论:MRI可以准确显示膝关节周围微细骨折的部位、范围及膝关节附属结构的损伤,推断其损伤机制,可以解释临床外伤后持续疼痛,除指导临床积极治疗外,同时还可以进行随访。

MRI Diagnosis of Micro-fracture of Knee

Objective:To investigate the MRI findings of micro-fracture of knee joint.Methods: MRI imagines of micro-fracture of knee joint with trauma in 80 cases were retrospectively analyzed.MRI sequences included SE TlWI,T2WI,GE and STIR.Results: one hundred and eight micro-fracture were found in 80 cases,include 60 femoral condyle,43 tibial plateau and 5 patella.There are osteochondral fracture 15 cases,occult fracture 8 cases,bone contusion 85 cases.Conclusion:MRI could accurately display the location,types and range of micro-fracture of knee joint as well as its adjunctive structive in injury and deduce the injury mechanism,explain the clinical persistent ache after injury,direct the positive treatment and could be followed up.
