合川气田快速钻井的难点与对策

摘    要:合川气田位于川中古隆平缓构造区的威远至龙女寺构造群。针对该气田地层夹层多、地层易漏、浅层油气显示活跃、须家河组地层可钻性差等影响钻井提速的因素,分析了第2次开钻和第3次开钻井身结构的破岩效率,提出了优化井身结构和钻头选型、采用旋转防喷器欠平衡钻进、使用井下动力钻具等提高机械钻速的措施。

Abstract:Located at Weiyuan-Longnvsi Structure of gentle structural area, Hechuan gasfield in the Central-Sichuan Paleuplift is characterized by much interlayer among strata, especially poor drillability, easy leaking, active oil/gas show and shallow safety window for Xujiahe Formation.
