摘    要:开发了一种采用汽油作燃料的新型多功能定容燃烧室( CVCC),通过在燃烧室内布置带孔的横隔板,将其分隔成上下两部分,以便于对汽油机的火花点燃、射流引燃、压燃(自燃)等燃烧过程进行模拟试验。详细地介绍了CVCC试验系统的组成、原理和特点,通过火焰高速摄影和气体压力测量等技术手段,获得了一些试验数据和结果,并在此基础上进行了初步分析研究。试验发现,在燃烧室内安装带通孔的横隔板后,有利于加快火焰传播速度、提高燃烧峰值压力和燃烧的稳定性,且在某些试验条件T,在下燃烧室会出现混合气压燃(自燃)现象。

Abstract:In order to make fundamental research on the combustion process of internal combustion en?gine, a new type gasoline fueled constant volume combustion chamber (CVCC) with more functions has been successfully developed, the combustion chamber is divided into two parts .(upper chamber and lower cnamber) by the built-in adaptor, then the simulation test for spark ignition, jet ignition and compression ignition (auto-ignition) of gasoline engine is available. I he structure, principle and lead?ing features of tKe CVCC test system are introduced in detail, some test results have been obtained by flame propagation photo ana gas pressure measurement, and then some preliminary conclusions have been presented. Owing to built-in adaptor with whole, higher flame propagation speed, higher com?bustion peak pressure value and higher combustion stability are availaole. In some conditions, because of flame trap effect, compression ignition (auto-ignition) occurs in the lower combustion chamber.
