Recommendations on Enhancing Hospital Finance Management

With the marketization of hospital economic,hospital finance management becomes more and more important in a much more competitive medical market.Enhancing the hospital finance management and improving the level of hospital finance management increasingly are of much sense for the hospital managers to make decisions and ensure the healthy development of the hospital.The author recommended that it was feasible to improve the ability of the hospital in finance management by intensifying the budget management,completing hospital finance management system,improving the capability of the finance staffs,enhancing the cost accounting and strengthening the finance supervision.
