| 摘 要： | 国际乒联对乒乓球规则进行了很大的修改,给乒乓球运动带来了一些新的变化。研究结果表明：新规则实施后,接发球段的竞争更加激烈。笔者认为,对运动员进行技、战术训练的同时,必须有计划、有目的地进行意识的训练和培养,并使之贯穿于整个训练过程中,使意识培养和技、战术训练紧密结合并有效和谐的发展。

| Abstract: | IITF has made a great reform on the table tennis. The execution of new rules has some effects on the development of the table tennis. The research shows that the execution of new rules makes the match change more fiercely during the phase of receiving. The author thinks that it is very important to train players＇ skills and tactics and their consciousness of the table tennis. We should combine the skills and tactics wieh the consciousness of the table tennis and make them development in harmonious and effective way. |
