Abstract:Based on orthogonal tests and range analysis,a kind of chemical coloring fluid for Al alloy rivet was formulated using(NH4)2MoO4 and NH4Cl as the major components,and the optimal coloring parameters were determined.It was found that colored film with good corrosion resistance could be formed on Al alloy after immersion in the coloring fluid composed of 15 g/L(NH4)2MoO4 and 30 g/L NH4Cl at 85 ℃ for 40 min.Resultant colored film had much better corrosion resistance(resistance to alkaline corrosion and salt spray) than the one obtained by replacement oxidation in aqueous Cu(NO3)2-KMnO4 at ambient temperature.
