摘    要:合成了聚氨酯阻尼材料,并利用粘弹性阻尼结构研究了聚氨酯在0~1000Hz频率范围内的阻尼性能。分别讨论了云母填料含量、环境温度以及气泡对材料阻尼性能的影响。结果发现,填料较多的和不含气泡的材料的阻尼性能相对优异。随环境温度的升高,材料阻尼减振性能下降。

Abstract:One of the important applications of polymer damping materials is to be laid on the mechanical structures to reduce vibration and noise.Damping property of structure reflects really the damping material's ability of reducing vibration.So damping property of material can be studied by means of viscoelastic damping structure.In this paper,two kinds of polyurethane,whose percentages of filler are different,are prepared.Viscoelastic damping structures,which are used to study damping property of polyurethane,are made.The study results show that polyurethane with more filler has better ability to reduce vibration.When the temperature increases,damping property decreases.Air bubbles in damping material can reduce the ability of damping property.
