一种摆线类齿轮泵转子齿廓的啮合特性研究

摘    要:为提高齿轮泵的使用寿命,避免困油现象,使传动更加平稳,提出了一种外啮合摆线类齿轮泵转子齿廓曲线.将该类摆线类齿轮泵与渐开线类齿轮泵的啮合特性作了比较,结果表明,摆线类齿轮泵具有排量大、齿数少、体积小、流量脉动低、噪声小,寿命长等优点,可解决困油问题.

Abstract:In order to lengthen the service life of gear pump,and to avoid trapping oil,and to make driving more smoothly,a curve of the profile of a cycloidal gear pump was pointed out,the mesh characterists of this cycloidal gear pump was compared with those of involute gear pump,the result showed that the cycloidal gear pump has big emission,few number of teeth,small volume,low flow pulsation,low noise,and long service life,and this cycloidal gear pump can resolve the problem of trapping oil.
