穴位敷贴治疗高体重指数哮喘的临床疗效观察

[目的] 观察穴位敷贴治疗高体重指数哮喘人群的临床疗效。[方法] 以高体重指数哮喘人群的慢性持续期患者为研究对象,并以正常体重指数慢性持续期哮喘患者对照,观察穴位敷贴治疗后1年两组人群在证候改变、哮喘控制程度、发作情况以及用药情况的变化程度差异。[结果] 两组患者治疗后症状积分均低于治疗前（P<0.05）;治疗后各组患者ACT总评分均高于治疗前（P<0.05）,治疗前后差值作组间比较,未控制组均比部分控制组提高明显（P<0.05）;治疗后急性累计发作率,正常体重指数组由48.39%降低到20.97%,高体重指数组由41.03%降低到6.41%;治疗后高体重指数组停药率、减量率分别为39.7%、28.2%,高于正常体重指数组的35.5%、22.6%;无变化率高体重指数组32%,低于正常体重指数组41.9%。[结论] 穴位敷贴治疗高体重指数哮喘人群在急性发作次数上发挥效应更明显,提高药物停减率上有一定优势。

Clinical observation of acupoint application in the treatment of high body mass index asthma

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of patients with high body mass index (BMI) asthma.[Methods] Chronic persistent patients with high BMI asthma were enrolled in the study,and patients with normal body mass index chronic persistent asthma were used as controls. Observe the differences in the changes in symptoms,asthma control,seizures,and medication in the two groups in the 1 year after acupoint application.[Results] The score of symptoms after treatment was lower than that before(P<0.05). After treatment,the total ACT score of patients in each group was higher than that before(P<0.05). The difference value before and after treatment was compared between groups,and it was significantly increased in the non-control group compared with the partial control group (P<0.05). The cumulative incidence of acute attack after treatment decreased from 48.39% to 20.97% in the normal weight group and from 41.03% to 6.41% in the high BMI group. After treatment,the withdrawal rate and dosage reduction rate of the high BMI group were 39.7% and 28.2%,respectively,which were higher than the 35.5% and 22.6% of the normal weight group. The rate of no change was 32% in the high BMI group,which was lower than 41.9% in the normal weight group.[Conclusion] Acupoint application for the treatment of high BMI asthma patients has more obvious effects on the number of acute attacks,and there is a certain advantage in improving the drug withdrawal rate.
