| 摘 要： | 目的：建立益母草滴丸的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC测定盐酸水苏碱的含量，WatersSpherisorb SCX阳离子交换树脂柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：15mmol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（含有0．04％三乙胺和0．15％磷酸）；柱温：室温；检测波长：192nm。结果：盐酸水苏碱在0．0214—0．428mg·mL^-1线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．42％，RSD=1．02％。结论：建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于益母草滴丸质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the determination of yimucao dripping pills. Methods： HPLC was adopted with Waters Spherisorb SCX Cation Exchange Resin column （4. 6 mm× 250 mm ,5 pμm） ;The mobile phase was 15 mmol· L^-1 monopotassium phosphate solution（ with 0. 04 % triethylamine and 0. 15 % phosphoric acid, column temperature was room temperature, the detection wavelength was 192 nm. Results： The linear range of stachydrine was 0. 021 4 -0. 428 mg·mL^-1 （r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100. 42 % and RSD was 1.02 %. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate. It has good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of yimucao dripping pills. |
