| 摘 要： | 用异硫氰酸胍-酚-氯仿一步提取法从流行性出血热患者和感染家兔微量血清中提取肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病毒 RNA,然后与(α-~(32)P)dCTP 标记的 R_(22)株 HFRS 病毒 M 片段探针杂交,在6例患者血清和2例感染兔血清共8例样品中,有7例出现明显的杂交信号,而正常对照血清和培养细胞为阴性。R_(22)株 M 片段 cDNA 探针可进一步试用于临床肾综合征出血热病毒的检测。

| Abstract: | The RNA of HFRS virus was isolated by acid guanidinium thiocyanate-phenol-chloroform from 200 ul serum of EHF patients,then hybridized with the R_(22) virus cDNA probe labeted by(α-~(32)P) dCTP.In eight samples(six from patients and two from rabbits infected by HFRS virus),seven sam- ples speared positive signal,however the control serum samples and cultured cells were negative. This probe may be further used in clinical diagnosis of HFRS. |
