糖尿病足的流行病学及诊治进展疗效分析

目的探讨糖尿病足流行病学及诊治进展情况。方法将内蒙古乌兰浩特市医院2006-2008年45例糖尿病足患者的流行特点、临床表现及诊治情况进行综合分析。结果糖尿病患者,〈60岁组足溃疡发生率为11.05%,〉60岁组足溃疡发生率为14.44%,足坏疽发生率为3.4%。70～80岁组足病发生率最高,高达37.6%,此类患者经过全身治疗,能合理控制感染,尽量减少和降低截肢率。结论糖尿病足常见于老年人,足病患者的糖尿病并发症多且严重,往往合并多种心血管危险因素。只要治疗得当,患者的足溃疡能够痊愈,截肢可以避免。

Diabetic foot of the epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment effect of progress

Objective Discuss epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot progress. Methods From 2006 to 2008,45 cases of patients with diabetic foot of the popular features,performance and clinical diagnosis and treatment of a comprehensive analysis of the situation. Results The patients with diabetes less than 60-year-old group foot ulcers occurred in 11.05 percent,more than 60-year-old group foot ulcer rate was 14.44 percent,the incidence of foot gangrene 3.4%. 70～80 ages group the highest incidence of foot disease,as high as 37.6 percent,after systemic treatment of such patients,infection control can be reasonable to minimize and reduce amputation rates. Conclusion Diabetic foot common in the elderly,patients with diabetic foot complications and more serious,often combined a variety of cardiovascular risk factors,as long as proper treatment,patients with foot ulcers can be cured,amputations can be avoided.
