昆明市第十四污水处理厂工程设计技术方案

摘    要:昆明市第十四污水处理厂设计规模20万m^3/d,配套建设一级强化处理设施规模40万m^3/d,采用全地下建设型式,出水水质标准优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A标准,其中TN为5 mg/L,TP为0.05 mg/L。处理工艺采用二级生化+生物滤池+气浮池+炭砂滤池+消毒工艺,处理后的尾水排至金汁河,回补河道满足景观水体要求。

Abstract:The construction of the Fourteenth Wastewater Treatment Plant(14th WWTP) is one of the important projects to protect Dianchi Lake. The design flow of the 14 th WWTP is 200 000 m^3/d, and the flow of first level intensive treatment facilities is 400 000 m^3/d. The whole underground construction type is adopted, and the effluent water quality standard is superior to the first-class A standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002), among which TN is 5 mg/L and TP is 0.05 mg/L. The treatment process adopts two-stage biochemical + biological filter + air floating pool + carbon sand filter + disinfection process, and the effluent is discharged to Jinji River, and the river channel is replenished to meet the requirements of landscape water body.
