| 摘 要： | 针对神华宁夏煤业集团自备燃煤动力站工程调试项目，探讨了P3管理软件在电厂多机炉调试中的应用。应用实例表明，采用P3软件进行调试管理，可使多机炉系统调试进度得到有效控制，达到调试工作量的正确估算，加强工程与调试接口的管理，并能克服工期变化的影响，最终保证调试项目按期、高质量地完成。
