丁辛醇装置液相加氢催化剂的工业侧线试验

摘    要:对研制开发的丁辛醇装置用QAH-01液相加氢催化剂进行了工业放大试生产及1 200 h工业侧线试验。试验结果表明,经催化剂液相加氢后,粗辛醇中的不饱和物含量大大减少,辛醇的收率提高,硫酸色度分析值达到20#以下。QAH-01液相加氢催化剂的综合性能达到进口催化剂的水平,完全满足工业使用的要求。

Abstract:The QAH-01 liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst developed for butanol-octanol plant was carried out by a trial industrial production with pilot-plant reactor,so was the industrial side-line experiment for 1200 hours.The results of test showed that by liquid hydrogenation of the catalyst the unsaturates' content in crude octanol was decreased greatly and octanol yield was increased.Moreover,the sulfuric acid colority analysis value was under 20~#. Therefore,the comprehensive performances of QAH-01 catalyst have reached the level of the imported catalyst,completely satisfying the requirements of industrial application.
