| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针灸与针药配合治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效对比.方法:将88例周围性面瘫患者随机分成两组,治疗组(针药联合组)45例,对照组43例(针灸组),均配合TDP照射.结果:痊愈率、总有效率分别为84.44%、95.56%;对照组分别为53.49%、88.37%,两组痊愈率与总有效率比较,差异均有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:针药联合治疗周围性面瘫疗效优于针灸治疗组.
