Let CP $\tilde P$ (R) be the group of compactly supported homeomorphisms ofR= $\tilde S^1$ which are piecewise $\widetilde{Sl_2 R}$ with a parabolic defect at each breakpoint. An acyclic extension

$1 \to CCP\tilde Pc(R) \to \mathcal{U} \to \widetilde{Sl_2 R} \to 1$
