文丘里浓淡煤粉燃烧器的分离特性和阻力特性研究

摘    要:通过对不同结构尺寸的文丘里管内气固两相流动的数值模拟,研究文丘里浓淡煤粉燃烧器的分离特性和阻力特性与文丘里管结构尺寸的关系,为设计和应用新型的浓淡煤粉燃烧器提供理论依据。该浓淡煤粉燃烧器将在防止燃烧器区域结渣,降低氮氧化物(NOx)排放和改善劣质煤着火特性方面发挥作用。

Abstract:Through numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow in venture nozzles of different structural sizes,the relationship of separation and resistance properties with the physical dimension of venture rich / lean pulverized coal burners have been studied,providing some theoretical foundations for design and application of this new type of burner.This rich / lean pulverized coal burner will give full play in aspect of slagging-prevention in the burner's zone,reducing NO_x emission,and improving ignition behavior of the inferior coal.
