| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭患者(CHF)血浆中脑钠素(BNP)水平与心力衰竭严重程度、心功能状况的关系。方法:研究对象分为心衰组(87例)和心功能正常对照组(30例),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法测定87例心衰患者,30例对照组BNP水平,心衰组待心功能纠正后再次检测。结果:心衰组病人血浆BNP水平与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),随着心功能纽约分级程度的加重而显著增加(P<0.05),并随着心功能的恢复而BNP水平下降(P<0.01),与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:脑钠素水平可较好的反映心功能,可作为诊断心力衰竭及评估心功能的生化指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relation between brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:The study subjects were divided into two groups: CHF group and normal heart function group(control group).The BNP was detected by ELISA. When cardiac function of CHF group was corrected the BNP was detected again.Results:BNP level of CHF group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and declined with cardiac function improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:BNP level has a relation with cardiac function and it may be a good biomarker in diagnosing CHF and evaluating cardiac function. |
