南葶苈子的化学成分

摘    要:目的对十字花科植物播娘蒿 (Descurainiasophia(L )WebbexPrantl)种子南葶苈子的提取物的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法南葶苈子的乙醇提取物经D1 0 1大孔树脂以水及不同浓度乙醇洗脱 ,硅胶柱色谱分离得到 8个化合物 ,通过波谱 (1H NMR ,13 C NMR)分析和化学方法鉴定了其结构。结果 8个化合物分别被鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterolⅠ )、胡萝卜苷 (daucosterolⅡ )、3 ,5 二甲氧基 4 羟基苯甲醛 (4 hydroxy 3 ,5 dimethoxybenzaldehydeⅢ )、芥子酸 (sinapicacidⅣ )、芥子碱硫酸氢盐 (sinapinebisulfateⅤ )、山萘酚 (kaempferolⅥ )、槲皮素 (quercetinⅦ )、槲皮素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 6) β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (quercetin 7 O β D glucopyranosyl(1→ 6) β D

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of the extract of the seeds of Descurainia sophia (L.)Webb ex Prantl.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral data.Results The compounds obtained were identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ), daucosterol(Ⅱ), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde(Ⅲ),sinapic acid(Ⅳ),sinapine bisulfate(Ⅴ),kaempferol(Ⅵ),quercetin(Ⅶ)and quercetin-7- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ).Conclusions Among them,Ⅱ~Ⅶ were isolated from this genus for the first time.Ⅷ is a new compound.
