供热锅炉节能改造的实践

摘    要:科技是第一生产力,依靠科技改造设备以节约能源并净化环境,是企业工程技术人员的职责,我厂在微正压锅炉炉顶密封改造中,①利用新材料、摸索新工艺方面取得成效;②对燃煤锅炉采取稳定炉内燃烧措施,即引用新型节油小油枪装置,杜绝了“灭火、放炮”事故,节能效果也显著;③为防止送粉管道弯头漏粉,用夹套铸石弯头起到防磨堵漏作用,以上措施为安全生产、减轻工人劳动和消除火灾隐患等,效果显著。

Abstract:Science and technology are the first important productive forces. Counting on science and technology to modificate equipment for saving energy sources and purifying enviroment is the responsibility of the engineers in enterprises. Improvement of roof sealing for pressured boiler in our factory, it has effect on using new materials and feeling for new process. The method of steady burning in the coal boiler (using a new small economical oil burner) has eliminated the accidents such as "extinguish" and "blast", the effect of saving energy is remarkable. To prevent the elbow pipw of transporting coal dust from leaking, the gripring cast stone elbow pipe is wood for millingproof and leaking proof.The listed methods are remarkable for safe production, relieving work load and removing the hidden danger of fire.
