| 摘 要： | 介绍了精整加工淬硬齿轮用的CBN剃珩轮的结构设计、修磨工艺、切削性能。采用这种剃珩轮,能够显著地提高齿轮加工精度,减小齿面粗糙度,降低齿轮工作噪声及修正齿轮径向误差。

| Abstract: | Describe the new type of CBN shaving honing tool used in finishing the hardened gear, and introduce its construction specialities, sharping technology and cutting performance. The gear precision machined can be raised and the roughness of tooth face machined can be decereased notably when using this new tool. The effect of decreasing the noise and the ability of correcting the radial error are very obvious. |
