产后早期乳房按摩护理干预的效果探讨

目的：探讨产妇产后实施早期乳房按摩护理干预的效果.方法：将80例阴道分娩产妇分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组实施常规产后乳房护理,干预组给予产后早期乳房按摩护理干预,比较两组产妇产后泌乳始动时间、乳房胀痛发生率、母乳喂养情况.结果：干预组泌乳始动时间优于对照组,干预组产后乳房胀痛的产妇例数低于对照组,干预组成功母乳喂养的产妇例数高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论：产后实施早期乳房按摩护理干预可加快产妇产后的泌乳始动时间,减轻产后乳房胀痛的发生,提高母乳喂养成功率.

Early nursing intervention effect of postpartum breast massage on prognant women

Objective： To discuss the effect of early nursing intervention of maternal postpartum breast massage. Methods： 80 cases of vaginal delivery women were divided into the control group and intervention group with 40 cases in each group. Women in the control group were performed normal postpartum breast nursing, while women in the intervention group were given early nursing intervention of postpartum breast massage. Then the maternal postpartum lactation initiating time, the incidence of breast swelling pain and breastfeeding were compared between the two groups. Results. The lactation initiating time of the intervention group is superior to that of control group, case number of swelling pain in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group and the case of number of successful breastfeeding of the intervention group was higher than that of control group, which was significantly different between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The implement of early nursing intervention of postpartum breast massage can accelerate the maternal postpartum lactation initiating time, reduce the occurrence of postpartum breast pain and improve the success rate of breastfeeding.
