| 摘 要： | 对刀具镀层发展过程的回顾表明，以提高硬度为目标的耐磨镀层已经逐步向具有自润滑功能的耐磨减摩镀层方向发展。结合我们自己的工作，给出了硫化钼、碳膜等镀层的摩擦学性能的研究结果。

| Abstract: | Development of coating layer for cutting tools shows that the anti-wear layer emphasized on high hardness is gradually replaced by the composite of low friction material incorporate with anti-wear substance. Experimental results on friction and wear properties of different MoS2 and carbon films are shown with our recent results. |
