Since operation of Guotai power plant s 300MW boiler,the high coal mill cost caused the rising of cost of power generation.Through on-site inspection and technical analysis,it is the main reasons that the coal quality and the inappropriate proportion of steel balls which cause the high coal mill cost.The article gives the methods to reduce coal mill cost,through improve coal quality and keep the appropriate proportion of steel balls.
