摘    要:调控一体化要求调控人员必须在短时间内对各种告警信息进行分析、处理和控制,为了优化告警信息和处理策略,提出一种用面向对象的模块化设计方法,具有可扩展性强、响应速度快等特点的告警系统。系统通过基于规则、模型和推理的专家库系统,采用自适应故障解搜索算法,从智能告警分析、告警辅助决策、在线和离线故障分析3个方面为安全高效调度提供技术保障。

Abstract:The dispatch and control integration requires dispatchers to analyze, process and control all warning information in short time. For optimization of warning information and handling strategy , the paper proposes a warning system using object-oriented modular design method, characterized by high extendibility, quick re-sponse and etc. By expert database system based on rules, model and reasoning and employing self-adaptive failure solution search algorithm, the system provides technical support to safe and high-efficiency dispatch in terms of intelligent warning analysis, warning supported decision-making, online and offline fault analysis.
